Yes. Aetna CVS Health offers off-Marketplace plans. You can buy these plans through companies with direct enrollment sites, like us. You can also buy direct through a broker, outside of the Marketplace.

Every ACA plan is assigned a metal tier: Platinum,* Gold, Silver or Bronze. All plans offer the same quality of care. The metal tier is based on how you and your plan split the costs. To learn more, go to our guide to plan levels and costs.

Your plan gives you access to many providers in your service area. Find a provider near you. You’re also covered for emergency care when you’re outside of your service area.

What plans cover

Aetna CVS Health plans cover thousands of prescription drugs. There’s a great chance your medicine is covered, too.
 

Find my medicine

Yes! We offer adult dental and vision coverage with select plans. Enjoy preventive, basic and major dental services. Plus, vision exams, an allowance for eye care items and many locations to choose from. This benefit is not available in California, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Utah.

Enrollment details

You can sign up for a plan during the Open Enrollment Period. It starts on November 1.* Be sure to choose a plan by December 15* so you’re covered on January 1.
